"What we liked about the Beryl apartments was the price, obviously, and the fact that it is the first building you come to from one of the complexes entrances. We have an uninterrupted view over a pretty forest area and hills and the bonus being that there are no other apartments or villas in front of the Beryl apartments, and as you mentioned, we are the right end for the sea and the beach.
Ash drove us to other complexes so we could compare workmanship and locations and nothing really compared to Turquoise. Looking forward to seeing the finished result now. Hotel and location in Bodrum where we stayed was excellent, it was opposite the Marina and we found a nice place to eat and drink in the evening at the Yacht Club."

"We bought one of the Turquoise apartments. The quality of the development stood out from all the others and it suited all our requirements. Ash was excellent - not pushy and very patient, although I think his task was fairly easy as I was set on buying something.
Talking to other people who were in Bodrum on other discovery trips, I found that these visits had been organized by developers, meaning that the participants had suffered a bit of a hard time with the old hard sell philosophy. It was clear that they had been offered a worse deal than we had for the same property. One couple was being asked to put up 40% now and a further 40% in January, right after Christmas. They had decided not to buy and had clearly not been made aware of any of the processes of buying in Turkey.
We are looking forward to returning to Turkey. I had never been before and felt very much at home there - very relaxed, which is weird as I have been abroad to the U.S., Spain, France, all of Europe really and not felt as comfortable as when in Turkey.
I wish that I could afford another property, but I am stalled until 2009 by which time the prices will very likely be much higher, which is really frustrating! I will recommend your company to any other investor that I speak to."
